Terms of Use and Referral Service Terms

Website and referral terms: independent providers, permission for sharing and responsibility.

1. Who operates this service

These Terms of Use and Referral Service Terms describe the Boise Repair website and request-referral service at boise.repair. “We” means Yurii Skorokhod, the individual operator of this website and referral service. For website, referral and legal questions, email yskor79@gmail.com. Boise Repair is the website name operated by Yurii Skorokhod. Contact the dispatcher at (208) 510-0950.

2. What we help you do

We receive information about commercial and premium home espresso equipment and help you explore a connection with an independent repair provider. We act as an intermediary between customers and independent repair providers. We do not perform repairs or take custody of equipment. A provider is a separate business or individual, not our employee merely because we refer a request.

3. From request to introduction

First, you send machine details, symptoms and your city or ZIP code. We may ask follow-up questions to understand the request. If a potential provider is available, we identify that provider to you, explain the proposed introduction and ask permission to share the relevant details. Sending the initial form permits us to review and contact you; it does not permit automatic distribution to a list of providers. You may decline an introduction. If no suitable provider is available, we tell you; we do not create a repair booking or forward the request without your permission.

4. You and the independent provider

You decide whether to engage the provider. Before proceeding, confirm its identity, relevant qualifications and any required licensing, insurance or manufacturer authorization. The provider confirms diagnosis, estimates, appointments, repair approval and cancellation conditions before work begins. Any collection, transport, intake, storage, return, risk of loss and warranty must be addressed in that provider’s own documents. Obtain an intake receipt before handing over equipment. The independent provider is responsible for its diagnosis, work, equipment handling and warranty. These website terms do not replace your repair agreement or create a repair warranty from us.

5. Availability, territory and estimates

A request is not an appointment, accepted repair, confirmed model, estimate or authorization for paid work. The dispatcher schedule is 24/7. Repair appointments are arranged with independent providers Monday–Saturday, 7:00 am–9:00 pm, Boise time (Mountain Time). These hours are an appointment window, not a guarantee of repair completion. Our geographic planning area is Boise and a 50-mile straight-line radius. Roads, actual provider routes and equipment requirements may differ. We do not promise a particular provider, response time, repair result, completion date or manufacturer affiliation. General equipment information is not a diagnosis of your machine.

6. Your information and communication choices

Please supply accurate information and only photos you may share. Do not include card details, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive information. Our Privacy Policy explains intake storage and permission for a named provider. Referral permission is specific to the request and provider; it is not advertising consent. Marketing messages require a separate permitted process. You may withdraw permission before transfer. Information already received by a provider may require a direct request to that provider as well.

7. Questions and complaints

For diagnosis, invoices, handling of equipment, repair quality or warranty, contact the provider that agreed the work with you. For the website, our introduction, data handling or statements made by our dispatcher, contact the website operator. We remain responsible for addressing concerns about our own actions. Do not send a complaint containing private information through public comments. You can contact Yurii Skorokhod at yskor79@gmail.com about the website or referral service.

8. Fair use and responsibility

Do not submit deceptive requests, impersonate someone, upload harmful files or interfere with the service. We may decline misuse and correct inaccurate information. Boise Repair acts as an intermediary and does not carry out or supervise the repair. The independent provider is responsible for its repair work, estimates, scheduling, handling of equipment and warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Boise Repair is not responsible for the provider’s acts or omissions, workmanship, repair delays, damage to equipment or warranty decisions. This does not exclude responsibility for our own unlawful actions or unauthorized handling of personal information. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No automatic damages cap, mandatory arbitration or waiver of collective claims is imposed by these terms.

9. Version and changes

These terms apply from October 14, 2026. Material changes will be dated on this page and communicated where appropriate. A later version does not retroactively replace permission you gave for an earlier referral. Our separate agreement with a provider is not part of these customer website terms.

Version 7 · Effective October 14, 2026. Website operator: Yurii Skorokhod · yskor79@gmail.com.
