Describe the change
Tell us what the machine does now and what it did before. For example: “The steam wand produces less steam than before” is more useful than “It is broken.” You do not need to diagnose the fault.
Include the sequence
- When you first noticed the issue.
- Whether it happens at startup, during a drink or after use.
- The exact display message, if there is one.
- Any visible leak, unusual noise or change in operation.
Explain the installation
Say whether the machine sits on a home counter, is built into cabinetry or is installed in a business. Include the city and ZIP code. For commercial equipment, mention access arrangements and whether the machine is out of service.
Keep the enquiry simple
Send observations rather than opening the machine to investigate. If you suspect the machine is unsafe, do not operate it to create a demonstration for the form. The independent provider determines any diagnosis and next steps.
